Math/ Technology Challenges

Term 4 Numeracy/Technology Challenges

Some Fridays, we like to revisit our Maths knowledge with a challenge to make Maths more fun! We throw in some technology challenges to add to the learning and excitement. This is how it works.

-Teams are formed with members from every Math group (multi-level, tuakana/teina approach) with emphasis on collaboration and communication.
-Every team earns bricks depending on how quickly they can answer the questions correctly.
- The team to answer the question the fastest earns points. At the end of the round the fastest team earns extra bricks.
- Once the Maths round is finished the team have to work together to create a structure involving all the elements that were assigned that day.

Here are some photos of our amazing Fun Day Fridays!
